The week
| Day 1 | Read the summary. Five key ideas and where the book overreaches. |
| Day 2 | Name your project. Write down the one project you keep putting off that matters most to you. Bad day: Write the name of the project you've put off longest. |
| Day 3 | Spot your Resistance. Watch for Resistance today and write down each time it shows up. Bad day: Write down the last thing you did instead of your project. |
| Day 4 | Sit down at a set time. Choose a start time and work on your project for 30 minutes, whatever you feel. Bad day: Spend two minutes on your project right now. |
| Day 5 | Work through the fear. Do the part of your project you've been most afraid of, for at least 15 minutes. Bad day: Write down the scariest next step and do the first minute of it. |
| Day 6 | Separate your work from your ego. Write down how you'd measure a good day on this project without praise, sales or likes. Bad day: Write one sentence that defines a good workday without other people's opinions. |
| Day 7 | Commit to a daily session. Put a daily work session for your project in your calendar for the next month. Bad day: Create a repeating daily reminder with your project's name. |
