The week
| Day 1 | Read the summary. Five key ideas and where the book overreaches. |
| Day 2 | Choose what to share. Decide what part of your work you could share regularly, and where. Bad day: Write one thing about your work you could show someone today. |
| Day 3 | Share one small piece. Post one small piece of your process today. Bad day: Write one sentence about what you worked on today. |
| Day 4 | Open your cabinet of curiosities. Share something that influences your work: a book, a song, a tool or a person. Bad day: Name one influence on your work and why. |
| Day 5 | Teach one thing. Share a short how-to about something you know. Bad day: Write down one tip you'd give a beginner in your field. |
| Day 6 | Be a fan first. Spend 15 minutes supporting other people's work in your field. Bad day: Send one creator a short note on what you liked about their work. |
| Day 7 | Set up a weekly routine. Plan how you'll keep sharing, and collect your week's posts in one place. Bad day: Create a repeating weekly reminder titled “Show my work.” |
